Noise Reduction
- We will conduct a survey of offices and make soundproofing changes where necessary to reduce noise transfer.
- We will look into installing soundproof pods in 2025.
- Offices 2.1 and 2.4 in Workspace One will serve as designated phone areas. Phone calls should be taken here or in private offices only. If unavoidable, members should remain mindful of others.
- We plan to install sound-dampening partitioning dividers within the coworking space to reduce noise and enhance privacy.
Cleanliness and Facilities
- The bathroom facilities will be upgraded to include mirrors, drying facilities, and extra bins.
- Cleaning will remain at twice weekly but will be monitored and adjusted as needed.
- The kitchen will be stocked with additional supplies, ensuring members have access to all essential items like cutlery, dishes, and glasses.
Professional Atmosphere
- Custom signage will be installed on all private offices with 12-month contracts to enhance professionalism.
- We will trial an honesty bar system in 2025, enabling members to purchase food and drink via a connected tablet payment system.
Community Building
- Quarterly networking events will be organized to encourage collaboration and community building.
- We’ll explore creating a referral program in 2025 to facilitate collaboration and networking among members.
Shared Spaces and Design
- A seating area outside the kitchen will be introduced where all hot meals should be eaten. Cold food can continue to be eaten within coworking spaces.
- The artwork throughout the workspace will be upgraded to create a more visually inspiring and vibrant environment.
