1. Noise and Privacy

• Keep conversations, phone calls, and meetings at a low volume to ensure minimal disruptions.
• Use designated phone areas or private offices for calls whenever possible.
• Use meeting rooms or enclosed spaces for sensitive discussions, interviews, or client meetings.

2. Eating and Cleanliness

• Cold food may be eaten in coworking spaces; hot food should be consumed in the designated seating area outside the kitchen or private offices.
• Members are expected to clean up after themselves in communal spaces, including the kitchen and bathrooms.

3. Cleanliness and Facilities

• Shared spaces will be cleaned twice weekly, with increased frequency as required.
• Bathroom and kitchen supplies will be restocked regularly.

4. Professional Atmosphere

• Custom signage will enhance the professionalism of private offices.
• Quarterly events will promote collaboration and community building.

5. Community Building

• Feedback sessions will address concerns and identify opportunities for improvement.
• The Factory will promote members' businesses through social channels and referrals.
