Good work can be overlooked when the right people haven’t seen it. Put yours on our radar.
We’re building a network of creators, presenters and on-camera talent for paid brand content projects, with The Factory handling the production.

A NETWORK FOR PEOPLE WHO CAN DELIVER
A natural product demo. A confident interview. A story that makes someone stop scrolling.
We want to meet people who can make a brief feel human. You might be an experienced presenter, a UGC creator or someone with a strong portfolio and a distinct point of view.
When a brand brief fits, we bring together the talent, studio and production support to make it happen.
Demonstrations, explainers, lifestyle content and short-form brand stories.
Clear, confident delivery for interviews, branded series and product launches.
Scripted pieces, conversational content and memorable performances.
HOW IT WORKS
We’re building the network now.
Each project starts with a conversation.
Send your details, a public work link and the topics you know best.
We look at your work and contact you if we’d like to explore joining the network or a suitable brief.
You decide whether to take a brief after the fee, usage, schedule and deliverables are clear.
For studio projects, we organise the production so you can focus on your delivery.
LET’S SEE YOUR WORK
Tell us what you bring to a brief. A portfolio or a few strong examples is all you need to get started.

BEFORE YOU APPLY
No. We are interested in your on-camera ability, storytelling and the quality of your work. This network is for making content. Posting to your own audience would only be included if separately agreed.
No. Applying and joining are free. You do not need to book a studio session or buy a Creator Hour to be considered.
If a brief looks like a match, we contact you about the work, dates and budget. Your fee, deliverables, content usage, any exclusivity, expenses and payment terms must be agreed before you accept a booking. Applying does not commit you to a project.
No. You can continue working with other studios, agencies and brands. Any restrictions for a particular campaign would need to be agreed separately.
We are starting with creators who can attend our East London studio at 5–7 High Street, E13 0AD. You can tell us about travel or remote-only availability in the form.
We review your links and experience, then get in touch where there is a fit. The network is being built now. Membership, project frequency and paid work are not guaranteed, and your profile will not be published without a separate agreement.
The Factory London uses the details and links you submit to review your application, manage the creative network and contact you about relevant briefs. Applications are held privately and are not added to a public roster automatically.
This is not a newsletter signup. We will agree any sharing of your profile with a brand before it happens. To update your details, withdraw your application or request deletion, email stuart@thefactorylondon.com. See our website privacy information for analytics and cookie choices.
