Terms and Conditions – Podcast Promo Offer
Eligibility: This promotional offer is available for new customers or first-time podcasters at The Factory London. It may not be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
Session Details: The promo includes a 4-hour audio-only recording session within our podcast studio at The Factory London, allowing for a maximum of three episodes to be recorded.
Pricing: The price of £149+VAT applies exclusively to this promotional offer. Payment is required in full to secure the booking.
Included Services: This package includes access to our podcast studio, professional audio equipment, and the presence of an onsite team member to assist with production. The deliverable is a raw audio file of the recorded session.
Additional Services: Video recording, editing, post-production, and any other add-on services are available at an extra cost. Please inquire about rates if interested in these services.
Booking and Cancellations:
Bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total session cost.
Rescheduling is allowed once per booking if notified at least 24 hours in advance.
Usage Rights: The raw audio file delivered is for the client’s personal or commercial use. The Factory London retains no rights to the content recorded unless otherwise agreed.
Studio Policies: All clients must adhere to The Factory London's studio policies, including respect for equipment and punctuality. Any damages caused by the client may incur additional charges.
Expiry of Offer: This exclusive promotional rate is available for a limited time and may expire without prior notice. Bookings at the promotional rate must be made while the offer is active.
